The resort is a quiet getaway that’s family-friendly with a pool that includes slides for the kids. The staff were accommodating, and the spacious rooms were adequate for our stay. However, the dining options left much to be desired, especially during peak times, and we faced some inconveniences related to additional charges for certain amenities. Overall, it's a decent spot but there are areas needing improvement, particularly with dining and additional charges.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious but had old-style furniture that didn’t feel fresh. They were generally clean and comfortable enough for our needs.
Service
6.0
The reception team was helpful in accommodating our schedule changes, but some additional services came with extra fees that felt unnecessary.
Location

The resort is conveniently located near the Ayer Keroh toll and close to various attractions, making it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast buffet was disappointing with limited selections, and we encountered long waits for refills, especially during peak hours.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was fun for the kids with great slides, and the indoor playground was also a hit, but the resort as a whole seems to need better maintenance.

6.0/10

The hotel is conveniently located just after the Ayer Keroh toll and offers a spacious pool area that's great for families. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, with limited food options and long wait times for refills. While the rooms are clean and spacious, certain services come with unexpected charges, which can be frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The family room I stayed in was quite spacious and clean, with a functioning air conditioning unit. However, it felt basic and could use better decor.
Service
5.0
Service was decent, but there were several disappointments related to additional charges for facilities like the pool area and the dismissive attitude of some staff when requests were made.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-located near several attractions, although it can take up to 30 minutes to reach the city center depending on traffic.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing, with a limited selection and slow refills on dishes. The quality of the food needs significant improvement.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was a highlight, thanks to its spaciousness and features like slides for kids. However, requiring wristbands for extra charges was frustrating.

5.6/10

I stayed at this resort and found it to be family-friendly with nice amenities for kids, like a big pool and a little waterpark. However, the dining experience was below par with limited breakfast options, and the pool was not as clean as I'd hoped. Prices are reasonable, but some facilities required additional charges which was frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The room was basic but clean, which was fine since we didn't spend much time there.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; requests often came with additional charges, which was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The location is decent, but getting to Melaka takes about 30 minutes, which can be longer on weekends due to traffic.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a letdown; the selection was minimal and quality mediocre, with slow refills on empty dishes.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities for kids, like pools and playgrounds, were great, but the adult pool was dirty.

5.4/10

The resort has a great potential for families with kids, featuring fun pools and proximity to local attractions. However, the service needs improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness, and the dining options, especially breakfast, were quite disappointing. The additional charges for the pool and other amenities are also a downside.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were basic but clean; unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
There were notable issues with service at the reception, particularly a lack of empathy for our late check-out request.
Location
7.0
The resort is conveniently located near attractions like the zoo and butterfly farm, but it's a bit far from the main town area.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast selection was very limited and of mediocre quality, which was quite disappointing.
Facilities

The fun pool and kid's playground were well-maintained and enjoyable for the kids.

5.2/10

The hotel has its ups and downs. The entrance is inviting and the lobby is spacious, but the rooms lack charm and the dining options leave much to be desired. The pool access comes with an added cost, which is frustrating, especially for families. Overall, while there are some enjoyable aspects, the negatives make me hesitate to recommend it for a personal trip.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are very basic, with little decor and a 90's vibe. They’re equipped with carpet and have two double beds, plus an extra bed, but there isn’t much comfort or modern appeal.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent, with requests often met with extra charges. This included basic needs, which shouldn't be the case at a resort. Staff response could be better as well.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-located near tourist attractions and easy to find right after the Ayer Keroh Toll plaza. It’s convenient for day trips.
Dining
5.0
Dining was disappointing, with limited and tasteless options for both breakfast and dinner. The wait for food refills was excessively long, and the vegetarian choices were repetitive.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, such as the pool area, require additional payment for wristbands, which is frustrating especially for families. The amenities are generally outdated.
